Accounting executive chief accountant for Turkmenistan Coca-Cola Bottlers

Accounting Executive (Chief Accountant) , Turkmenistan is a position responsible for performing complex accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards in coordination with Finance Manager. The overall objective of this role is to control the organization’s financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements and directly reporting to Finance Manager.

What You Can Expect from The Role
• Ensure accounting of the company’s economic and financial activity;
• Participate to the development of accounting policy in accordance with the accounting legislation, based on the structure and characteristics of the company to ensure its financial stability;
• Lead the work on:
o ensuring the right order of stock-taking of the company’s assets and funds;
o verification of legality of business operations, ensuring the right order of processing accounting information and workflow;
• Ensure:
o rational organization of accounting and reporting in the company and its subdivisions based on the maximum centralization of accounting and computing operations and application of modern information technology, advanced forms and methods of accounting and auditing;
o preparation and timely submission of complete and reliable accounting information on company’s activity and its assets, income and expenses;
o legality, timeliness and correctness of the execution of documents;
o control over taxes deductions from payroll;
o correct calculation and payment of taxes and fees, insurance contributions to state non-budgetary social funds, payments to banking institutions, funds for capital investments;
o timely payment of debts to banks.
• Participate to the development and implementation of a rationally planned records, progressive forms and methods of accounting based on the use of modern computer technology/software;
• Ensure preparation of the balance sheet and operational consolidated reports on income and expenditure of funds, on consumption of budget, other statistical reports, their duly presentation to relevant authorities;
• Provide methodological assistance to employees of different departments of the company on issues of accounting, auditing, reporting and economic analysis;
• Supervise and assigns duties to subordinate employees and take measures to ensure their execution;


What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Finance;
• Min. 5 years of experience in similar managerial roles
• Working knowledge of SAP is preferable

• Strong organizational and analytical skills; Strong written and oral communication skills;
• At least intermediate level of English, Proficiency both in Russian and Turkmen language
